Successful treatment of pemphigus vulgaris with obinutuzumab

This letter highlights the successful use of obinutuzumab as an alternative therapy for a patient with pemphigus vulgaris who could not tolerate rituximab. Our findings suggest that obinutuzumab may offer a promising treatment option for patients with autoimmune skin diseases when first-line therapies fail.
