The sensors based on Fe-MIL-101-NH2 and its derived Co/Ni/Fe trimetallic oxides show high sensitivity for detecting humidity and biomarker gas of diabetes in exhaled breath, suggesting the enormous potential of functional-MOFs in noninvasive diabetes diagnostic applications.
