摘要
This paper designs a kind of adaptive slope compensation circuit suitable for peak current mode in buck switching power supplies. This circuit dynamically detects the input and output voltages of the buck circuit, generating a slope voltage that varies with the duty cycle of the buck circuit's switching control signal, and optimizing the compensation slope. Simulation results show that the slope compensation can be adjusted adaptively under different input and output voltages, eliminating subharmonic oscillations, and improving the stability of the buck circuit. This design is based on a CMOS process circuit that uses fewer devices to achieve adaptive slope compensation. The circuit has a simple structure, high reliability, and easy to implement in engineering.
