摘要
Gastric cancers (GC) are divided into subtypes based on molecular profile: Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive, microsatellite instability (MSI), chromosomal instability (CIN) and genomically stable (GS) tumours. The prognostic impact of this classification is unclear. The aim was to evaluate whether the molecular subtypes determined using in-situ hybridisation (ISH) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) are associated with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.
