摘要
Bacterial strain baculiform H - 1 Cram- positive was isolated from traditional fermenting koumiss in Ili,Xinjiang.The activity of bacterial strain cholesterol degradation was determined.The analysis on 165 rDNA sequence indicated that the isolated bacteria strain H - 1 was similar to Lactobacillus casei by 100%.The phylogness analysis on the bacteria strain and the reported related lactic acid bacteria,which revealed that the identification of sequence analysis on 165 rDNA was correct.
