基层（班级）学生干部培养模式的探究与应用

Grassroots student cadres are the core of student man-agement, but the cultivation of their abilities is often overlooked. Based on twice grassroots (class) student cadres training classes, this paper makes certain exploration and ponderation on the methods, significance and expansion of grassroots (class) student cadres cultivation, and summarizes the structure and framework of grassroots (class) student cadres cultivation, in order to carry out relevant work of grassroots (class) student cadres cultivation in accordance with practical conditions.
