CAPITAL EXPENDITURE, STRUKTUR MODAL, LEVERAGE, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DAN TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2017-2019

ABSTRAK Alvizah Sri Indah Pratama, 4116500028, 2019, Capital Expenditure, Struktur Modal, Leverage, Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Total Asset Turnover Dampaknya terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kinerja Keuangan sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh capital expenditure (CAPEX), struktur modal (DER), leverage (LTDE), good corporate governance (kepemilikan manajerial), corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan total asset turnover (TATO) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan kinerja keuangan (ROE) sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, kepustakaan, serta akses situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs masing-masing perusahaan sesuai dengan sampel penelitan yang berupa data annual report. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur, uji sobel test, uji T parsial, dan uji determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capital expenditure tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Capital expenditure berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, good corporate governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan total asset turnover berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis path dan pengujian sobel test kinerja keuangan mampu memediasi capital expenditure terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan tidak dapat memediasi struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan tidak dapat memediasi leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan dapat memediasi good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan tidak dapat memediasi corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan dapat memediasi total asset turnover terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of capital expenditure (CAPEX), capital structure (DER), leverage (LTDE), good corporate governance (managerial ownership), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and total asset turnover (TATO) on firm value (PBV) ) with financial performance (ROE) as an intervening variable. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Data collection techniques using the technique of documentation, literature, and access to the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sites of each company in accordance with the research sample in the form of annual report data. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, multiple test, partial T test, and determination test (R2). The results showed that capital expenditure had no effect on firm value, capital structure had effect on firm value, leverage had effect on firm value, good corporate governance does not affect the value of the company, corporate social responsibility does not affect the value of the company , total asset turnover does not affect the value of the company and financial performance affect the value of the company. Capital expenditure has effect on financial performance, capital structure has no effect on financial performance, leverage has no effect on financial performance, good corporate governance has effect on financial performance, corporate social responsibility has effect on financial performance, and total asset turnover has effect on financial performance. Based on the results of path analysis and sobel testing of financial performance is able to mediate capital expenditure against the value of the company. Financial performance cannot mediate capital structure to firm value. Financial performance cannot mediate leverage against firm value. Financial performance can mediate good corporate governance of firm value. Financial performanc can mediate corporate social responsibility to corporate value. Financial performance can mediate total asset turnover against firm value.
