This work presents a comprehensive experimental investigation of two active flow control methods on a generic delta wing configuration. Both actuation techniques namely pulsed blowing near the leading edge and oscillating leading-edge flaps, allow for frequency-dependent forcing of the leading-edge vortex system and its inherent instabilities. A parameter study and the systematic analysis of the results show the aerodynamic potential of each method.
