Chlorinated polyvinylidene fluoride is produced by fluidized chlorination of polyvinylidene fluoride in gas-solid fluidized bed of low temperature plasma.Low temperature liquid chlorine is fed into the reactor to take away the reaction heat.And chlorinated polyvinylidene fluoride with different chlorine content is obtained by controlling the different reaction time.The experimental results show that chlorinated polyvinylidene fluoride with chlorine mass fraction from 5% to 30% is produced under the process conditions of 1 000 V input voltage,atmospheric pressure of the system and 3 L/min chlorine flow-rate.
