Study of the Efficacy of Raberprazole Combined with Levofloxacin and Furazolidon in the Treatment of Helicobacter Intection

Objective:The aim of this study was to test the efficacy of Raberprazole combines Levofloxacin and Furazolidone for the treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods: Eighty-six H.pylori-positive patients(contain chronic gastritic and peptic ulcer) were randomized divided into therapy group and control group: Rabeprazole 10 mg bid +Levofloxacin 0.2g bid(therapy group)/ Amoxicillin 1.0g bid(control group)+Furazolidone 0.1g bid(therapy group)/Metronidizone 0.4g bid(control group) for 1 week.H.pylori was retested four weeks later.Results: The eradication rates of two regimen were: therapy group was 84.8%;control group was 75.0%.The eradication rates of H.pylori of the two groups were significant different(P0.05).Conclusions: Raberprazole+levofloxacin+furazolidone triple therapy for H.Pylori infection is effective、cheap and smaller side effect,it is worthy to be extended as one of the threatments for Helicobacter pylori infection.
