Analysis on the Anesthesia Effects on the Application of Sufentanil and Remifentanil on Intracranial Tumor Resection

Objective:To analyze the anesthesia effects on the application of sufentanil and remifentanil on intracranial tumor resection, to improve the level of anesthesia in intracranial tumor surgery.Method:Eighty-four patients with intracranial tumor resection were selected in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013,they were randomly divided into the remifentanil group,the sufentanil group and sufentanil combined remifentanil group,28 cases in each group.Three groups during anesthesia induction had no difference.In the maintenance of anesthesia,remifentanil group and sufentanil combined remifentanil group were treated with the intravenous infusion therapy,continuous supplied the group of patients with 0.2μg/(kg·min) remifentanil.The sufentanil group before skin incision in patients were injected 0.1-0.15 μg/kg sufentanil.In addition,the intraoperative of all patients with SpO2,BIS,ETCO2,HR,MBP index were monitored and analyzed.At the same time,the T1(breathing recovery time),T2(open time),T3(extubation time) of the three groups were compared.Result:Operation time and so on general situation of three groups of patients compared differences no statistical significance(P0.05). SpO2,BIS,ETCO2,HR,MBP values of three groups at all time points had no statistical significance(P0.05). The dosage of sufentanil in sufentanil combined remifentanil group was significantly less than that in the sufentanil group,and the remifentanil dosage was less than that in the remifentanil group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01). After operation,there had no significant difference for remifentanil group and sufentanil combined remifentanil group patients in respiratory recovery time,eye opening time,extubation time,but the two groups were significantly lower than that in the sufentanil group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Anesthesia effect on sufentanil combined remifentanil group in intracranial operation is better than the anesthetic effect of these two kinds of drug used alone, less adverse reaction,faster recovery,the effect is stable,and suitable for promotion in clinic.
