Analysis on Methods for Extracting Rhodiola Glucoside from the Callus of Rhodiola fastigiata

The paper elaborates the technique,materials and method for extracting Rhodiola glucoside from the callus of Rhodiola fastigiata.The raw sample liquid of Rhodiola glucoside extracted from the callus of Rhodiola fastigiata by traditional technological process was examined through HPLC.As a result,the callus contains Rhodiola glucoside,which shows that such sort of outside cells have the ability to synthesize Rhodiola glucoside.
