Synthesis of isoamyl acetate by composite solid super acid SO_4~(2-)/Sb_2O_3/SiO_2 catalyst

Isoamyl acetate acid was synthesized by solid super acid SO2-4/Sb2O3/SiO2 catalyst acetic,acid and isoamyl alcohol as raw material.The effect of materials ratio,catalyst amount,reaction temperature on esterification reaction was investigated.The best synthetic condition of isoamyl acetate is n(alcohol) ∶n(acid)=1.4 ∶1.0,the amount of catalyst 1.2 g,the reaction time is 4 h,the reaction temperature is 108～112 ℃,the esterification yield 95.7%,structure of the product was identified by means of IR.
