Research and Application of Rumen Buffers in Ruminant Production

Rumen buffers,as a synthetic agent with advanced technology,was extensively used in the ruminant animal production worldwide.The varieties,acting mechanism and the application results of the rumen buffers were introduced.Practices and the utilization confirmed that rumen buffers could improve the physichemical environment,feed digestibility,animal production performance,animal health and pro- duction efficiency etc.,which will receive more and more attentions in the ruminant production.
