The Practice and Enlightenment of Ohio's Employment Transition for Individuals with Autism

The transition from school to work is important to high school students. However,the employment transition for the people with autism puzzles many countries and districts. Ohio has achieved much on the transition. This paper,from transition content,transition time and transition process for the students with autism,introduces the present situation of Ohio's transition for the students with autism,and proposes the specific employment transition strategies,which aims to compensate autistic students' defects. Finally,the paper puts forward the enlightenment to our country's transition for autistic individuals.
