The property research of glucosinolate and sulforaphane in Cruciferae Plants

Glucosinolates are abundant plant secondary metabolites that are found in cruciferous plants. Sulforaphane is one of the degradation products, which has biological property of anti-carcinogenic potential. We give a review on the basic property and analytic and separate method, preparing for the further study.
