Objective:Optimum conditions for the extraction of aucubin from Eucommia ulmoides leaves were was studied.Method:On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimum conditions for the extraction of aucubin from Eucommia ulmoides leaves were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and Response Surface Methodology.Conclusion:The results showed that the optimum conditions of aucubin from Eucommia ulmoides leaves extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶13,ethanol concentration 70%,extraction temperature of 70 ℃ and extraction time of 40 min,under such condition the extraction rate could be up to1.808% at three times extraction.
