摘要
Abstract—The nature of the fatigue failure of metals, microstructural changes, the factors influencing the fatigue strength, and the methods of its studying are considered. Preliminary thermomechanical treatment is found to increase the corrosion-fatigue strength margin, a change of which is dependent on a simultaneous action of alternate stresses and a corrosion factor.
