摘要
This study provides a systematic analysis of the fundamental concepts associated with the application of intelligent agents in the educational process. The main types and functionalities of AI agents are discussed, including the diagnosis of students' educational needs, provision of personalized support, implementation of formative assessment, and facilitation of interaction within the learning environment. From the standpoint of control theory, these agents are considered as managing subsystems that implement adaptive control of the educational trajectory, operating on the basis of feedback from student performance and interaction data. Examples of modern intelligent agent architectures are presented. Particular attention is given to issues of transparency and ethical use of AI agents, as well as their impact on students' motivation. The paper includes a review of empirical research confirming the effectiveness of agents while highlighting current methodological limitations. Finally, the perspectives for integrating generative models into educational systems are outlined, and directions for future interdisciplinary research in the field of artificial intelligence applications in education are proposed.
