摘要
In this paper, an optimization algorithm of ammunition storage layout based on adaptive fuzzy parallel genetic algorithm is proposed. The mathematical model of ammunition storage layout optimization is established, and the solving process and steps of adaptive fuzzy parallel genetic algorithm are given. Firstly, an improved parallel mechanism is proposed. The idea of this mechanism is to calculate the probability of population changing genetic manipulation according to the algebra of population maintaining the optimal solution, and to obtain the genetic manipulation required by the population by fuzzy reasoning according to the evolution degree of the population and individual differences, so as to get rid of the local extr eme value and search for the global optimal value better. Secondly, an improved algorithm initialization method, fitness transformation method and competition strategy are proposed to adjust the convergence rate of the algorithm and the balance between population diversity. Finally, the simulation example shows that the method can quickly obtain a variety of optimal deployment schemes, and has strong operability, which is of great application value for battlefield ammunition storage layout optimization.
