摘要
Self-Reinforced MOF-Based Nanogel In article number 2401094, Mingzhu Zhang, Huiyu Liu, Qi Gu, and co-workers report a long-acting nanogel as a drug carrier based on MOFs, KZIF@HA. This nanogel responds to the inflammatory microenvironment of osteoarthritis, enabling the sustained release of kartogenin and Zn2+ over an extended period. Moreover, KZIF@HA significantly enhances the synthesis of extracellular matrix and the polarization of M2 macrophages. It also inhibits JNK and ERK signaling pathways, thereby achieving a multifaceted regulation of the pathological environment associated with osteoarthritis.
