摘要
A mild and efficient photoinduced sulfinate‐mediated decarboxylative heteroarylation protocol has been developed for the coupling of α‐amino acid derivatives with 2‐chlorobenzothiazoles. In this report, we developed a low‐cost sulfinate catalytic system as a complementary alternative to conventional Ir/Ni dual catalysis. Notably, this catalytic system was also applicable to the α‐heteroarylation of amines. This method exhibits a broad substrate scope, mild reaction conditions, and simple operation, furnishing a practical strategy for the synthesis of α‐heteroaryl amines. Furthermore, several of the synthesized products showed antiproliferative activity against a variety of cancer cell lines.
