CCSS——Case of Chinese Segmentation Solution

In the course of processing Chinese writing, dividing segments of characters and recognizing new words consistently proves to be troublesome. To date, there is still not a satisfactory solution to this problem. The writer believes that the fundamental reason for this is that there is no identifying mark of the source. This paper proposes the CCSS program, which seeks to build a text editor and software compatible with the intelligent system, and will combine automatic segmentation and artificial segmentation into a text editor so as to thoroughly resolve the issue of Chinese word segmentation.
