Study on Fracture of Barrel Bushing of Automatic Mechanism

Aimed at the barrel bushing locating key fracture problems of revolving chamber automatic,the working principle and fracture of the barrel bushing were analyzed,and the influences of revolving chamber body bushing、barrel and gun receiver to barrel bushing were considered to give the reason of barrel bushing locating key fracture.Based on proposing certain simplification and assumption to barrel bushing,the three-dimensional barrel bushing was built,and the strength of barrel bushing was calculated by the finite element analysis to find out the weak position required to be rein-forced and modify the barrel bu-shing's structure to analyze again.Contrast to the theory analysis and experiment,the results indicate that the modified barrel bushing meets the requirements.
