Application of Solubility Parameters in Solid Dispersions

The application of solubility parameters in solid dispersions was introduced.The solubility parameters of drugs were calculated by group contribution method,and the carrier whose solubility parameter difference with the drug was between 1.6～7.5 was selected.A simple and practical method for the seclection of the carrier for solid dispersions was provided.
