The Protective Action of Huangqi Injection on Acute Experimental Myocardial Ischemia

To observe the protective effect of Huangqi injection, the experimental acute myocardial ischemia model was used. Results:The acute myocardial ischemia by isoprenaline in rats and by pitutrin in rabbits were antagonized by ip . Huangqi (2 g/kg)and iv(4 g/kg),the ECG of myocardial ischemia was also altered. Conclusion:Huangqi injection has protective action on myocardial ischemia of animals.
