Research on the Strategy of Non-Monetary Motivation of Ag-Technician

The ag-technician is a key factor for the development of Chinese rural area. Focuses on the limitation of monetary motivation, the paper argued motivate the ag-technician by non-monetary motivation, several strategies are also proposed according the characteristics of the ag-technician.
