A high conductivity (1~500 S/cm) and well thermal stability conductive poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDT) was used as cathode material of tantalum electrolytic capacitors. The influence of chemical polymerization conditions on the capacitors was studied. The results show that the properties would be deteriorated with the increase of polymerized temperature. The Res was depressed to 0.02~0.08 ? if the ratio of oxidizing and EDT agent was kept between 3~6, meanwhile, the frequency performance was improved.
