In this paper, the migration of contaminants was investigated under normal use and conditions for the foreseeable use of by simulation objects D and double soaking, and the qualitative migration of pollutants was determined as 2,6-butylated hydroxytoluene by GC-MS analyzing. And migration amount of 2,6-butylated hydroxytoluene under 100 ℃ and 30 minutes heating reached 76.29 mg/kg which is more than the test line suggested by 2007/19/EC, GC-MS and GC analysis of the simulated conditions, pollution migration of butylated hydroxytoluene under other conditions is lower than test line and is safety for eating.
