Localization and release of protease by A.elegans 3.227

This paper investigated the localization and release of protease by A.elegans 2.278.The results showed that the protease included extra-cellular protease which was loosely binded with mycelia and intracellular(or membrane)protease.Though part of extra-cellular protease could only be released by ionic solution,most of them could be released by ionic solution and unionic solution,between which the 0.3M NaCl was the better.
