Study on Structure Model of the Team of Collaborative Knowledge Innovation

By the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the team of collaborative knowledge innovation and the exploration of the establishment process of the team,the structure model of the team was built.Taking the collaborative knowledge innovation team of Institute Pasteur of Shanghai,Chinese Academy of Sciences,as an example,the composition of the team members' roles was analyzed.It may work as a reference model for related enterprises,institutions and other organizations to establish their teams.
