Research into Antioxidation of llex Kudincha Extracts

Habitually used by the people in two regions of Guangxi and Guangdong,the llex Kudincha has the antioxidation to observed by us.To determine the specimen inhibition to the lipid peroxide(LPO) the methods of TBA and spectroptoto were used in determing the contents of Malonic dialdehyde(MDA) of lipid peroxide(LPO) products.The experience has indicated that the llex kudincha extracts with different test concentrations presented some inhibition to the lipid peroxide(LPO).
