摘要
The long antibacterial time of bone implant materials will lead to bacterial mutation and evolution, therefore, a rapid and effective bactericidal method to reduce tissue infection is an urgent clinical problem. In this paper, we successfully constructed near-infrared light-responsive fast antimicrobial both bone-induced ZnAg bimetallic coatings on the surface of PLLA/HANWs by electrostatic spinning and self-assembly method. The results showed that the nanoparticles on the composite surface were uniformly distributed and the PDA adsorption capacity was strong, which promoted the nucleation and growth of calcium and phosphorus salts on the surface of the material with good bioactivity; the PDAZn2+ based chelation effectively reduced the release rate of metal ions and imparted good physiological stability to the coating; the PLLA/[email protected] bimetallic coating was exposed to NIR The surface temperature of PLLA/[email protected] bimetallic coating increased to 53.5 °C after 10 min of NIR 808 nm illumination, and the photothermal conversion efficiency reached 35% with good photothermal stability, and the bacterial killing efficiency of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus increased by 62% and 55%, respectively, after 3 h of incubation on its surface, achieving rapid and strong bactericidal effect. In vitro cell culture showed that the composite had excellent angiogenic and osteogenic properties.
