摘要
This chapter introduces device structure and working mechanism of PeLEDs, optoelectrical properties of perovskite Polycrystalline (PC) films, and how perovskite PC films are fabricated and modified to improve their luminescent properties. It provides the perovskite crystal growth and nucleation mechanism in one-step solution process, and describes various strategies to fabricate uniform and bright perovskite PC films and to improve the luminescence efficiency of PeLEDs. Surface morphology of perovskite PC films and grain size of perovskite crystals are important factors which determine LE of PeLEDs. Perovskite PC film formation mechanism follows the crystallization kinetics. Formation of perovskite crystal by the one-step solution process yields large, sparsely-coated cubic crystals, which cause a rough surface and many pinholes, and thereby limit the LE of PeLEDs.
