KW-level Yb-doped Aluminophosphosilicate Fiber by Chelate Precursor Doping Technique

We report on the research progress of photodarkening-resistant Yb-doped aluminophosphosilicate fiber fabricated by chelate precursor doping technique. 2.02 kW and 3.1 kW laser output at 1064nm was achieved in 20/400 and 30/400 Yb-doped aluminophosphosilicate fiber, respectively.
