Using Catalyst RS-1000 to Product Low-sulfur & Ultralow-sulfur Clean Diesel Fuel

The ultradeep desulfurizing catalyst RS-1000 been put into use on a pilot basis to product lowsulfur ultralow-sulfur clean diesel fuel in a 200 ×104t/a industrial diesel hydrofining unit in SINOPEC Guanzhou Company.Calibration results show that the diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 3.7-15.5μg/g,which meets Euro Ⅳ standards,as well as diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 1.5-6.0μg/g,which meets Euro Ⅴ standards.Catalyst RS-1000 has good adaptability,takes long to become inactive and has good hydrogenation selectivity under the high seversity operations.The yield of diesel fuel exceeds 98% ,and total liquid yields exceeds 99%.
