[Methods] The effect on mycelial growth and antibacterial activity of 19 fungicides on peach brown rot in vitro were tested by a medium of containing a poison.[Results] The results showed that the inhibitory ratio of mycelial growth of SYP-Z048,fenbuconazole,tebuconazole and carbendazim was 100% at 10 mg/L,and over 98% at 1 mg/L.[Conclusions] The antibacterial activity in vitro of four fungicides were all higher than others,SYP-Z048 and fenbuconazole had more significant activity at the low concentration of 0.1 mg/L,much higher than tebuconazole and carbendazim.
