Impact of 4A Zeolite on properties of flame retardant plywood

Flame retardant plywood was manufactured by using BL-flame retardant(BL-FR) as flame retardant and 4A Zeolite as a modifier.The effect of 4A Zeolite content on bonding strength and flame retardancy of flame retardant plywood were studied.It was found that appropriate 4A Zeolite could improve remarkably the bonding strength of flame retardant plywood and have little effect on flame retardancy.When the amount of 4A Zeolite was 8%,the bonding strength of flame retardant plywood was 1.08 MPa,and the LOI of flame retardant plywood was 42.2%.
