Study on the fermentation condition of the strain QD 1 producing Itaconic Acid

In this paper, the fermentation conditions of a mutant strain producing itaconic acid were studied .The op- timum inoculum size , inoculation time and culture initial pH were obtained .The optimum fermentation medium was also obtained through orthogonal test .The regularities of mycelium growth ,glucose reduction and itaconic acid pro- duction with fermentation time were analysed.
