Biochip Technology and Its Application

Objective: Biochip technology is a high throughput, parallel and automatic technique and has been one of the hotspot science studies. Method: The basic concept, main classification and basic theory are summarized. This paper also dis- cussed the application of biochip. Then we analyze the existed problem and prospect for the development expectation in the fu- ture. Result: As an important research area of bio-technique, biochip has potential economic and social benefit, but it also has some problem to be resolved in the detection. Conclusion: Although there are some restrictions, biochip has broad applications.
