After two years of atmospheric exposure test in Xishuangbanna district, the corrosion of carbon steel Q235 was more serious than that of low alloy steels 09CuPTiRe, 10CrNiCuP. The low alloy steels have better resistance to atmospheric corrosion. Three steels have the same corrosion products γFeOOH, Fe3O4 and αFeOOH mainly. It is concluded that the corrosion type in this area is wet atmospheric corrosion.
