Preparation and Performance of Uv-curable Polyurethane Acrylate Adhesive

Polyurethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized with toluene diisocynate(TDI),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),and polyethylene glycol(PEG) in solvent.The system consisted of multi-components,such as prepolymer(polyurethane acrylate) accounting for 50%,photoinitiator(free radical photoinitiator) accounting for 1%~3%,reactive diluents 30%~40% and other additives 9%.The result of the Uv-curable experiment showed that the cure time of 30 s and tensile shear-strength of adhesive can reach to 14.51 MPa.
