The influence of aerobic exercise upon the levels of SOD,MDA,LDH of cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle mitochondria in mice was studied. The results showed that,after swimming,compared with the control group the SOD activity in skeletal muscle of experimented group mice decreased significantly(P0.05) ,but there is no significant difference between the two groups on SOD activity in cardiac muscle. After exercise,the MDA content of cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle all increased significantly(P0.05) ,while the LDH activity of the two tissues decreased a little but without significant change(P0.05) . So we come to the conclusion that,aerobic exercise has a significant influence upon the SOD activity and MDA content of tissue mitochondria in mice,but the influence on the activity of LDH is insignificant.
