Determination of polysaccharide in Eremurus chinensis and its antioxidition activity

The aim was to determine polysaccharide in Eremurus chinens and study its antioxidant.The polysaccharide in Eremurus chinens were obtained by extraction,ethanol precipitation,removing protein by the ultrasonic method.It was demonstrated that the content of polysaccharide was 14.93% by spectrophotometer.The antioxidant activities of polysaccharide were studied.With the increasing of polysaccharide,the removal effect on free radical and nitrite became increasingly obvious.
