Building Three Major Economic Growth Poles in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

Over-concentration of major urban functions of Beijing has caused sharp contradictions,greatly restricting Beijing in displaying its unique advantages.Therefore,just like Pudong Area developed in Shanghai and the Binhai New Area built in Tianjin,in Tongzhou outside the main parts of Beijing,a new central business district in Beijing metropolitan circle and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be built in order to re-gather advantageous resources of Beijing in the fields of modern service industry and knowledge-intensive industries,fully release its innovative vigor and potential for development.The new central business district of Tongzhou,the Binhai New Area and Tangshan Caofeidian Industrial Area can be supplementary to one another with regard to their respective advantages,becoming three major growth poles in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as well as fully promoting economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,areas around Bohai Sea and vast Three Northern areas.
