Objective To discuss whether follicles in situ ovaries and in grafts influence the growth and development of each other. Methods We designed the experiment to investigate the simultaneous ovary remained whether affects or is affected by grafted fetal ovarian tissue after transplantation of fetal ovarian tissue to recipients that remained one of in situ ovaries,or that received oophorotomy respectively.Result Graft in recipients that had removed one of in situ ovaries growed and developed with more population mean of corepus luteum, there was statistical difference between different groups(P0.05=.Graft in recipients that removed their own ovaries could grow and develop with all phases of follicles, and that remained one own ovary stopped continuing development,or even absorbed by fibrosis. Conclusions Follicles in situ ovaries and in grafts compete with each other.Follicles in ovaries of recipients evidently have more advantages than follicles in grafts.
