Discussion of Implementation of Supervisor Group System in Postgraduate Cultivation

In this paper,the problems caused by individual supervisor system in current system of cultivating postgraduate students are analyzed.Then,a novel postgraduate-supervising mode,supervisor group system,is proposed,and the advantages of this mode are presented in detail.Finally,the implementation of supervisor group system is discussed.
