Study on Management Synergy Mechanism

The paper proposes the course model of management synergy mechanism(MSM) on the basis of determining the meaning of MSM and divides the MSM into forming mechanism and realizing mechanism.It gives the definition and the mechanism of the assessment mechanism and interests mechanism in the forming mechanism,and discusses the mechanism of the synergy opportunity discerning,the pre-assessing of synergy value,communicating,combining,controlling and feedbacking and so on in the realizing mechanism.
