The Solutions to Debt Financing for Group

Debt financing is a major means of corporate finance.This approach adequately addresses the pressure on enterprise funds,but also allows enterprises to trouble,and even lead to bankruptcy.The article first of the debt financing channels,methods and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in this study based on the settlement of corporate debt financing for specific measures and formulate a reasonable financing plan on how to optimize the capital structure were proposed.
