Effect of GA_3 treatment on the physiological qualities of postharvest tomato

Different concentration of GA3 treating can put off respiration peak,put down respiration rate,increase flesh firmness and organic acids,decrese soluble solids,and also delay membrane permeability and MAD content.GA3 can delay ripening and senescence well in postharvest tomato.The result showed 40 μg/g GA3 treating is better.
